I’m a man shaped by three wildly different careers. In each one, doors opened because of preparation and presence, and I earned respect and success on my own terms.Physics wasn’t just a career choice — it was a deep fascination with how the physical world works. I lived it at NASA in Mission Operations, working Space Shuttle missions and contributing to the Endeavour design review. At the same time, I was developing my body. Late blooming, college baseball, and a passion for performance pushed me to explore what I was truly capable of.Fitness became a parallel path that eventually surpassed NASA in passion. I started training clients as a side gig and quickly realized I could do it better than what I was seeing in gyms. That led to a full career shift. The adult film chapter was a deliberate detour. On the surface, it looked like an exciting, lucrative adventure in Los Angeles with modeling and acting possibilities. Deeper down, it became the most extreme environment I could find to completely overcome my extreme introversion and learn to show up as a man under the highest possible scrutiny. The way I experienced it, there was nothing for me to regret. I avoided any pitfalls by doing it all on my own terms — I would choose it again. It turned out to be one of the greatest personal development experiences of my life. The lessons about human nature, performance under pressure, confidence, and being comfortable in my own skin still serve me every day.Everything I’ve learned across these three wildly different worlds has reinforced one central truth:

The Body Reveals Everything.

Nearly every choice we make is influenced by how we

Look, Feel, or Function.

Get the body right — strong, capable, resilient — and you create the foundation for everything else: greater confidence, stronger presence, better relationships, improved leadership, mental and emotional clarity, and the bandwidth to pursue a meaningful life. It’s the highest-leverage starting point for becoming who you’re capable of being. That’s why I created The SuperHuman Formula. That’s why I do the 3 Guys Walked into a Bar podcast. And that’s why I’m here — to help people (especially men) move from surviving to truly thriving.

First career:
NASA Space Shuttle Systems Engineer —
Solving complex problems under pressure.
Second career:
Fitness/Health/Biohacking Coach —
Built a reputation as one of the most effective corrective fitness trainers, helping people fix what everyone else missed.
Third career:
Adult films (1996–2010) —
I didn’t fall into it — I chose it. It was the most unforgiving testing ground for completely destroying my extreme introversion and showing up as a man under the highest possible scrutiny.
